Add some Peanut Butter to your life :)

Peanut butter is actually healthy because peanuts are packed with monounsaturated fats, heart friendly fats – PROVIDED that the ingredients of the jar read:



Yes! Peanuts, and only peanuts in the jar.
Unfortunately most commercial peanut butter products are highly processed. The labels contain an extensive amount of ingredients:   sugar/cane sugar, salt/sodium, hydrogenated vegetable oil/fat, AND 
Other unpronounceable names very too often – in other words, way too many additives!


My piece of advice: choose a peanut butter jar with a short list of ingredients and, ingredients you can easily pronounce!
