Kutcha made healthier

My grandma (I call her “Mam” cause she is like my second mum) just made me apple and mango Kutcha! Kutcha is a very famous Mauritian side dish that can bring in a little twist to your meal. It adds some colours and taste to your plate. Deli-cioussss :)

My tip when you are making kutcha: use extra virgin olive oil and try to reduce the amount of oil you use. This way you use high quality fats and in moderate amount. You can also replace some of the oil by spices for added taste.
